Warranty Service for 2 Years. The manufacturer provides warranty and post-warranty service:
  • Online – software repair, maintenance and replacement of consumable parts. Our specialist guides the user step-by-step during the replacement of parts. We provide online, email, and telephone support.
  • Door-to-door service, available only if online repair proves ineffective. This form is available only during the warranty period.
  • Post-warranty service – sending the printer to the manufacturer.
